She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kirchhoff and Mabel Hunt Kirchhoff; her husband Clark Stouffer; her brothers, Calvin Kirchhoff (Mary), Kenneth Kirchhoff and David Kirchhoff (Aline); her brothers-in-law, Norman Stouffer (Wretha) and Herbert Stouffer (Virginia); her great grandchild Caleb McClain; and her niece Lila Baxley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Rice (Rick) of Jefferson City and Betty Thomas (Clint) of Marshall; her grandchildren, Melissa Hammers (Eddie), Clark Thomas (Becky), Michael Rice (Brandi), Dennis Thomas (Sarah) and Barbara Ann Thomas; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Brittni, Whit, Peyton, Blake, Charles, Evan, Tinley, Lexi and Braden; and her sister-in-law Judy Kirchhoff. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to the Ridge Park Cemetery Road Campaign or Smith Chapel Cemetery.
