He is survived by: his spouse Altina L Piasecki (Epps); his daughters, Barbara Hamlin (Max) of Phoenix and Michelle Kivenas (Romas) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his stepdaughters, Tammy Epps (Earl) of Wichita, Kansas, Tonya Harrod of Wichita, Kansas and Trisha Epps (Aaron) of Wichita, Kansas; and his sisters, Carol Brewer (John) of Milwaukee, Joan Levra of Montreal and Jean Nasi of Hurley.
