She is survived by: her brother Don Cosby; her sister-in-law Donna Cosby; her children, Terry Tate (Debbie Tate) and Kathy Tate; her grandchildren, Steve Tate, John Tate, Angella Hertzel, Autum Tate, Corissa Tate and Ciara Tate; and her great grandchildren, Zander, Kamyrn, Landyn, Carter Hertzel, Kincaid Tate and Alyssa Brown.
