She was predeceased by: her brother Jeff Butler (Deon); and her grandparents, Ed and Mary Givens. She is survived by: her parents, Donald J. Butler (JoAnn) of Suwanee, GA and June L. Butler (Givens) of Warrensburg, MO; her husband Ronnie Fleener; her sons, Kody Simrell (Lauren) of Ozark, MO, Calem Simrell and Bryan Fleener (Esther); her grandchildren, Micah, Atlas, Aleister, Emberlynn, Hazel, Briland and Cyrus; and her sisters, Debi Stapleton (Leon) of Grain Valley, MO, Pam Brant (Donnie) of Centerview, MO and Beth Ketterman (Leonard) of Greenwood, MO. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
