He is survived by: his children, David Wentz (Andrea), Wendy Barnes (Jason) and Misty McCulley (John); his grandchildren, Sophie Simon (Mark), Joseph McCulley, Maddie Rudolph (Blake) and Tyler Barnes; his great grandchild Frances Simon; and his siblings, Doris Treat, Barbara Neil (Gene), Gary Wentz (Donna) and Terry Wentz (Paula).
