He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarince Rouse and Anna Sparks; his wife Etta Rouse (Barnhart); and his siblings, Nova Rouse, Bert Rouse, James Rouse, Charles Rouse, Elvin Rouse, Eva Salvang, Mona Ramsey and Ruby Ruggles.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Rouse, Clarince Rouse, Johnny Rouse (Evette) and Katie Rouse; his grandchildren, Leah Lister Tonya (Lewis) and Dustin Rouse (Taylor); and his great grandchildren, Sharnika Wofford, Shawn Rouse, Shane Rouse, Sha', Payton, Mark Payton, Le'osha Gregory, James Pulliam, Babie Pulliam, Honey Pulliam, Romeo Pulliam, Kevinique Croom, Dasani Friar, Cor'tashia Rouse, Quincy Jones, Najee Jones, Lovely Jones, Nicco Jones, Javarion Rouse, Grayson Rouse and McKinley Rouse. He is also survived by great-great grandchildren, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Travis Noe Funeral Home (1008 W Potter Ave, Kirksville, MO 63501). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
