She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wilkins and Rose Belle Ford (Conkin); her husband Clarence Dale Shively; her grandson Jesse Shively; and her sisters, Georgia Coleman and Mary Jane Preston.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Shively of Glenwood, Larry Shively of Glenwood, Lurene Stice (Mickey) of Downing, Brent Shively (Cindy) of Glenwood and Brenda Powers (Alan) of Centralia, Missouri; her grandchildren, Amy Gott (Marvin), Justin Shively (Amanda), Joshua Shively (Jessica), Robert Stice, Aaron Stice (Rachel), Katie Stice (Michael), Chad Stice (Sasha), Logan Shively (Heather), Jaron Shively (Jessica), Dalton Shively (Hanna), Buddy Powers, Nathan Powers (Jamie) and Crystal Powers (Paul); her great grandchildren, Sophia Shively, Hayden Gott, Harley Potts, Maverick, Titan Shively, Emerson, Evelyn Stice, Brenna, Gwyneth Shively, Carter, Camden Shively, Jace, Kallie Shively, Juliana, L. J. Powers, Kyler Powers and Desirea Bergeron; her granddaughter-in-law Denise Shively; her sister-in-law Jessie Kay Myers; her aunt Ivalee; and her uncle Floyd Lucas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; other family members.
