He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McKuin and Eva McKuin; and his brother Richard McKuin. He is survived by: his spouse Tammy Rickman; his children, Rachel Spring Hartwick of Benton, AR, Tony Lynn Abernathy of Dexter, MO, Erich Arvidson of Boonville, MO, Lynn Michelle McKuin of Cape Girardeau, MO and Joseph Dewey McKuin of Glenallen, MO.; and his brother Ronald McKuin of Poplar Bluff.
