He is survived by: his father Rick Phillips; his stepmother Tammy Phillips of Benton, Missouri; his children, LeeAnna Childers of Marble Hill, Missouri, Cody Phillips of Marble Hill, Missouri and Madsyn Phillips of Millersville, Missouri; his siblings, Kathryn Gramlisch of Ashland, Virginia and Kelly Phillips of Oran; his grandmother Nadine "Grannie" Phillips; his stepfather Benny Ray of Oran, Missouri; and his stepsiblings, Kenny Ray of Creve Coeur and Leslie Chapman of Evansville. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
