He was predeceased by: his father Gary Wayne; and his grandparents, Charles, Thelma Underwood and Reeda Wagner. He is survived by: his mother Frances L. Wagner (Underwood); his daughter Jessica Burton (Josh); his grandchildren, Caleb and Destiny Burton; his sister Jane Garner (Brian); and his nephew Garret Garner.
