She was predeceased by: her parents, August Zimpfer and Rosa Zimpfer (Schlogel); her husband Theodore W. "Ted" Westhues, Jr.; and her brothers, Willy (Thea), Waldemar and Rudi Zimpfer (Helga).

She is survived by: her daughter Pat Gebhardt (Rick) of Clinton, MO; her grandsons, Mason Gebhardt of Fayette, MO and Adam Gebhardt of Kansas City, MO; and her great grandchild Olivia Gebhardt.
