With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Hilgedick in Glasgow, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 10, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto F. Hilgedick and Hulda Marie Meyer Hilgedick; his wife Lillian; his son George; and his siblings, Mildred, Helen, Violet, Virgil and Wayne.
He is survived by: his sons, Glenn (Trish Hilgedick) and Marvin Hilgedick; his daughter-in-law Pat Hilgedick of Fayette; his son Paul (Rita Hilgedick) of Huron, SD.; his grandchildren, Shane (Charice Hilgedick) of Fayette, Emily (Chris Bange) of Fayette, Leslie (Jon Sutton) of Fayette, Mike (Heather Hilgedick) of Fayette, Nick (Bri Hilgedick) of Fayette, David Hilgedick of Excelsior Springs, MO, Ann (Steven VanWinkle), Andrea Hilgedick of Huron, SD and Brandon Hilgedick of Humble, TX; his great grandchildren, Kelly (Patrick Kaylor) of Harrisburg, MO, Cody Hilgedick of Fayette, Aven Bange of Fayette, Alexi Bange of Fayette, Jackson Sutton of Fayette, Quenton Sutton of Fayette, Sterling Hilgedick of Fayette, Emma Hilgedick of Fayette, Miles Hilgedick of Fayette, Lily Hilgedick of Fayette, Colt Hilgedick of Fayette, Brooklyn VanWinkle and Kinsley VanWinkle of Huron, SD; his great great grandchildren, Gage Lyon and Olivia Kaylor of Harrisburg, MO.; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Moon of Wichita, KS and Kate Uthlaut of Fayette. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
