He is survived by: his wife Helen Monnig; his children, Pam Welker (Mark) of Kansas City, MO, Randy Freese (Suzanne) of Kansas City, MO and Rhonda Jones (Dale) of Davidson, NC; his grandchildren, Allie Bax (Ryan), Adam Freese, Sydnie Freese, Maddie Jones and Sophie Welker; his great grandchild Elijah Donald Bax; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Cook, Billy Joe Drummond, Linda Drummond and Cindy Monnig.
