He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray Dobson and Mary Frances Golden Dobson; his sister Donna Colvin; his brothers-in-law, Wayne Hill, Erich Wolpers and Joe Colvin; and his daughter-in-law Kimberly Schnell Dobson.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Kay McGary; his children, Kevin Dobson (Sherri) of Fayette, Kyle Dobson (Lora) of New Franklin and Kristin Felten (Greg) of Franklin; his grandchildren, Kayla Morris (John), Kaitlin Dobson (Austin), Chloe Dobson (Trevor), Kole Felten (Lyndsey), Katie Dobson (Ben), Riley Felten (Mollie) and Sawyer Felten; his stepgrandchildren, Paden Boulden (Karissa) and Ethan Boulden (Annie); his great grandchildren, Mia, Audrey Dobson, Presley Morris and Blair Felten; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ava, Claire Morris, Rial, Rhett, Easton, Asa and Braxton Boulden; and his sisters, Linda Hill of New Franklin and Mary Ann Wolpers of New Franklin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Markland-Yager Funeral Home (3855 MO-5, New Franklin, MO 65274). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Cherry Grove 4-H Club or American Sportsmans Forever.
