He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Justus and Hazel Justus (Fox); and his siblings, Roy Justus, Norman Justus and Martha Mae Cone.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wathen; his daughters, Dayna Vaczi (Jim), Janet Saladino (Nick) and Joyce Reynolds (Mike); his siblings, Dean Justus (Gloria), Kenneth Justus (Rosalee) and Bonnie Miller; his grandchildren, Ana, Anthony, Angela, Alana, Michaela and Caesie; and his great grandchildren, Olive, Hazel, Elliana, Arielle, Layla and Luca.
