It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Trudy Cheney (Gladstone, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on June 17, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil "Jack" Peck and Lenora Peck of Kansas City; her brother Jack Peck, III of Kansas City; and her son David Cheney, Jr. of Kansas City. She is survived by: her husband David Cheney of Kansas City; her sister Diane Campbell of Kansas City; her children, Mark Cheney (Tracey) of Kansas City and Susan Edgar (John) of Kansas City; her daughter-in-law Donna Cheney of Kansas City; her nephew Brian Thackrah (Phil) of Kansas City; and her grandchildren, Jason Cheney (Abi) of Greenwood, Melinda Cheney (Katie) of Kansas City, Eric Cheney of Kansas City, Joshua Cheney of Rockport, Texas, Jeffrey Cheney (Hillary) of Kansas City, Steven Cheney (Annie) of Kansas City and Bret Little of Kansas City.
