He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Miella and Lena Miella (Cacioppo); his parents-in-law, Frank and Frances Tousa; and his nephew Joey Palmentere.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Miele; his children, Tony, Tina Miele, Joe, Christina Mormino, Frank and Mary Miele; his grandchildren, Salvatore, Joe Joe Mormino, Tommy Miele, Anthony Miele, Lucia, Grace, Franki Miele and Gabbriella Pettit; his brother Anthony; and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Miella, Benny, Gerri Palmentere and Toni Giordano. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
