Eaves of Madison, Illinois; his stepgrandfather Bob Amunrud of Marion, Illinois; his parents-in-law, Beryl and Helen Jett of Salem, Illinois; his siblings-in-law, Steven Jett (MaryAnn) of Texas, Sheila Friese (Rick Friese) of Kansas and Anthony Jett (Amy Whisler) of Oregon; his nephews, Jarrett and Matthew "Matt" Purkaple; and his cousins, Jack Purkaple (Angie), Angie Robinson (Kelly), Mandy Lamont (Joey), Jackie Kordones, Wendy Putler (Mike) and Jason Thomas (Joleen).
