He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. Birmingham, Sr. and Catherine Birmingham (Kersten); his sister Judy Stirling; and his nephew Brian Stirling. He is survived by: his wife Patty; his sons, Kiley (Brenda Helmbrecht) and Brad of Gladstone, MO.; and his brothers, Mike and Charlie (Leslie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
