He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Hampton (Greenwood). He is survived by: his father Ray Emley Jr. of Emporia; his siblings, Charles Emley (Heidi) of Emporia, KS and Carrie Finney (Billy) of Emporia, KS; his niece Brandi Briceland (Jordan) of Emporia, KS; and his nephew Thomas Emley of Avon, CO..
