It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Santa Galate of Gladstone, Missouri, who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore "Sam" Pittala and Kelly Pittala; her brothers, Carl Pittala and Frank Pittala; and her siblings-in-law, Nathan Galate, Mary and Frank Battaglia.
She is survived by: her husband Vincent Galate; her children, Dr. Joseph Galate (Christine), Natalie Critelli (Bill) and Christina Ainsworth (Steve); her grandchildren, Samantha Pittala, Antoinette Pittala, Emma Critelli, Joseph Pittala (Jessica), Vincent Galate, Jimmy Critelli, Carson Doxsee, Jake Galate, Alex Toney, Andrew Ainsworth and Sam Toney; her great grandchildren, Addison Smith, Haven Smith and Gianna Pittala; her siblings, Josephine Humar (Mike) and Dr. Leonard Pittala (Katie); and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Galate and Kitty Pittala. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
