He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Louise Crump Oliver and Robert Lee Phillips, Sr.; his nephews, Jacob Williams and Jordan Johnston; his father-in-law Richard Halley; and his stepfather Harold Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Roxane Phillips; his sons, Justin and Jared Phillips (Rachel); and his siblings, George Fugett (Vicky), Larry Williams (Pam), John Williams, Penny Poynter (Bob) and Mary Spears (Paul).
