He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Edmund Isaacs and Margaret Lucille Isaacs (Bishop); his sister Mary Lou Miller; and his brother-in-law Donald F. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Isaacs; his son Richard Lawrence Isaacs; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Ann Isaacs; his grandsons, Richard Carl Isaacs and Jacob David Isaacs; his brother Charles Clifford Isaacs; and his siblings-in-law, Elke Isaacs, Dennis Buhr (Karen) and Larry Buhr (Lisa). He is also survived by nephews, a niece, and many good friends.
