She is survived by: her children, Daniel Boone (Shannon) and Toy Crisp; her grandchildren, Shandie Boone, Lucas Boone, Ali Dostal, Jason Newby and Nicholle Baskerville; her great grandchild Amara Baskerville; and her siblings, Tommy Ballard (Ann), Vernita Smith, Joyce Velueman (Larry), Elbert Ballard (Marilyn), Dwight Ballard (Doris) and Everett Ballard.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial gifts to Kansas City Hospice.
