She is survived by: her children, Robert Burlington (Mary Kay), Ray Burlington (Melody), Roy Burlington and Dianna Shaw; her grandchildren, Randy (Kimi), Janette (Wade), Kim, Ronda (Craig), Rusty (Tami), Brandie (Jason) and Ryan; and her brother Johnny Twitty. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
