It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maurice D. Taylor of Gladstone, Missouri, born in Verdon, Nebraska, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Taylor and Muriel Taylor (Auxier); his wife Janet Taylor (Watkins); his brother Ronald M Taylor; and his niece Debra Ann Taylor.

He is survived by: his son Terry (Sherry); his grandchildren, Chase, Drake and Grace Ann Taylor; his great grandchild Skyla Taylor; his daughter Jana Barnhart (Taylor); his son-in-law Michael Barnhart; his grandson Sean Barnhart (Bethany); his great grandchild Silas Barnhart; his granddaughter Cezanne Barnhart; his sisters, Sandra Taylor (Oxendine) and Lana Taylor (Fraccascia); and his sister-in-law Betty Jo Taylor (Moore).

Memorial contributions may be made to Fairview Christian Church in lieu of flowers.
