She was predeceased by: her parents, John Welch and Rose Ann Welch; her husband Richard Walter; and her siblings, John Welch, Catherine Walter, Rita Bristow, Aileen Diebold, Tom Welch and William Welch.

She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Welch and Rosie Tiehen; her children, Terri Butel (David), Mary Koch (Mick), Tim Walter (Brett), Patty Wolfe (Russ), Larry Walter (Dawn), Chris Walter (Lori) and John Walter (Donna); her grandchildren, Rebecca, Jessica, Katie, Maggi, Hannah, Emily, Evan and Elliana; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Braden, Hudson, Makinley, Emery, Owen, Charolotte, Parker and Mack; and her grandsons, Paul Mauton, Justin Walter, Michael Koch, Cody Wolfe, Brent Walter, Graham Walter Evan Walter, Aidan Walter and Jamison Walter. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID-19 limitations, services will be closed to the public.
