He is survived by: his mother Opal Christine Collier (Uthe); his wife Beverly Collier (Sheetz); his children, Jerrod Collier (Laura) of Grayslake, Nichole (Collier) and Smith (Kent) of Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Katelyn Moore (Sam) of Lower Burrell, Kirsten Pugliese (Giovanni) of Freeport, Joshua Collier of Orlando and Marilee Collier of Grayslake, Illinois; his stepsister Carolyn Newcomb (Harold) of Illinois City, Illinois; his sisters-in-law, Jane Linn (Barry) of Wasilla and Dixie Flamm of Cameron Missouri; and his nieces and nephews, Kitty Sutton, Faron Dice, Gary Dice, Todd Warren, Megan Monnich (Misti Villarreal), Bradly Sheetz, Tricia Bozarth and Preston Sheetz. He is also survived by his loving family and many friends.
