He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Lowe and LaFern Lowe; and his brothers, Victor E. Lowe Jr. and Delmond A. Lowe Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Dena Fry (Alvin) of Plattsburg, Missouri; his children, Stephen Lowe of La Quinta and Amy Lowe of Gladstone, Missouri; and his granddaughter Alicia Lowe.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the White Chapel Funeral Home (6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
