He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Flack and Pauline Flack; his brothers, Fred Flack and Gary Flack; and his daughter Paula Flack.

He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Flack; and his sons, Jim Flack and Eric Flack. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
