He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret "Peggy" Salley and Raymond Wiley. He is survived by: his wife Rita K. Wiley; his daughters, Tara Winfree (Jamie) and Kelli Allen (Bret Vaughn); his grandchildren, Trenten Allen and Kaylynn Vaughn; and his siblings, Raymond Wiley, Danny Wiley, John Fox, Robert Fox, Michelle Baker and Tonya Hritz. He is also survived by in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
