She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel A. Fooks and Savannah M Fooks (Holmes); and her husband Donald Hazell. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Baldwin, Wendy Hill, Julia Kovac (Larry), Sandra Schumacher (Chuck), Cynthia Allen (Robert) and Michael Hazell (Sherri Lynn); and her sister Betty Cory. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the America Cancer Society.
