He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lewis and Doris Lewis (Ketchum); and his sister Linda Sherman. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jane McClintock; his children, George, II Lewis (Beth), Teri VanGilder (Byron) and Kelli Edgemon (Brad); his brother Larry Lewis; his grandchildren, Alyssa Butler (Sam), Lindsey Benitz (Bobby), Austin Edgemon, Max, Jack and Zax Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Logan Benitz, Brynlee, Brielle and Benjamin Butler.
