He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Allen Stubbs and Agnes Marie Stubbs (Pemberton); and his wife Patricia Sue Stubbs (Deam). He is survived by: his children, Clifford Kerry Stubbs and Kari Sue Stubbs; his grandchildren, Robert William Goheen (Bobby), Grace Elizabeth Goheen, Lauren Elizabeth Stubbs and William Clifford Stubbs; his sisters, Denise Marie Smith and Janice Allene Wade; and his family, Kari, Jim, Madison, Mackenzie, Jennifer, Walker, William and Caroline.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Boy Scouts of America, Susan G. Komen, or the Kansas Chapter of the Delta Chi Fraternity.
