He was predeceased by: his father Michael Carullo; his uncle Frankie DeMoro; and his pet Cheeba. He is survived by: his children, Kylley, Kameron, Lillian and Grayson Carullo; his grandparents, Frank, Sue DeMoro, Joseph and Carol Robey; his siblings, Melissa Carullo (Ben Mackey) and Derek Carullo (Kayla Gwyn); his significant other Sara Salazar; and his nieces and nephews, Layla, Titus, Nicole, Andrew, Derek, Dominic, Ethan, Kaydi, Kayci and Laura Carullo. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
