She is survived by: her sons, Rick (Mary George) and Michael (Brenda George); her grandchildren, Jessica Burks, Kristina George, Jonathan Johannes, Quinton George, Ryan George and Sara George; and her siblings, C. Katherine Masteller-Jones of Kansas City, MO, Danny Carr of Gladstone, MO and Cindy Silkwood (Lucinda) of St. Joseph, MO.. She is also survived by her 9 great grandchildren, and her 3 great great grandchildren.
Her family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Spring Ridge Assisted Living Facility, 2828 Meadowbrook, Springfield, MO 65807 "in memorium Dorothy A. George".
