He is survived by: his parents, Johnny López and Blanca Martínez; and his siblings, Madelyn, Nathan and Milan. He is also survived by His loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Even during his medical treatment, he organized a bake sale to raise funds to donate to the hospital to help feed the parents of children in the hospital.
