He is survived by: his wife Janice (Blasco); his children, Ann Kingsbury (Devin), Scott (Dawn) and Chris (Sherry); his grandchildren, Susan Albertson (Eric), Tom, Mark, Cori Fricke, Leah Lewis (Landon) and Luke Kingsbury; his great grandchildren, Camryn Stokes, Elliott, Smith Albertson, AJ and Gideon Lewis; and his nephew Douglas (Liz).
