He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Frank and Irene Mildred Duisik (Pavlik); and his brother Jeffrey Duisik. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Irene Catherine Duisik of Houston Lake, MO and Christopher David Duisik of Gladstone, MO; and his grandson Luke Christopher Duisik.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St Patrick Catholic Church (1357 NE 42nd Terrace, Kansas City, MO 64116). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and may be left in care of the funeral home.
