He was predeceased by: his mother Josephine Kappler. He is survived by: his father Bill Kappler; his siblings, Rodger, Mary Knievel and Carmen McCullough; his wife Leslie Dermann Kappler; and his siblings, Paula McDonald and Brian Kappler.
