He is survived by: his parents, Keith Fowler and Christy Fowler; his son Jameson; his brother Lance (Stacey); his stepsiblings, Eric (Ann) and Tami Carter; his nieces and nephews, Lacey, Abby, Emma, Izzy, Jasmine, Ledger, Levi and Kai; and his uncle Marty Ervin (Paula Beaty).
