He is survived by: his wife Linda Gaikwad; his family, Vidu Gaikwad, Vinay Gaikwad, Manish Shirlay and Nazarene Theological Seminary; his sons, Jonathan Ashok Gaikwad (Sarah) and Christopher Ashok Gaikwad; his grandchildren, Natalie Mae Gaikwad of Kansas City, Missouri. and Brayden Ashok Gaikwad of Kansas City, Missouri.; and his siblings, Sunetra Shirlay, Vidu Gaikwad, Sulabha Sawant, Surekha Awhad and Vinay Gaikwad. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
