He was predeceased by: his parent Hollis Albert; and his brothers, Gene, Joe, Edward Lee and Charles Murphy.
He is survived by: his children, Rachel Edwards (Cody) of Bloomfield and Josh Murphy of Gideon; his grandchildren, Ashlynn Dunham (Ethan), Mady Mosby, Maggie Murphy, Carter Edwards, Briar Edwards and MacKenzie Edwards; his great grandchildren, Macklynn Dunham, Peyson Murphy and Wesley Wilson; and his siblings, Gerald Murphy (Beth) of New Madrid and Judy Davis (James) of Lake St. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
