He is survived by: his wife Sherry Fowler of Bernie, MO; his children, Jeremy Fowler of Dexter, MO and Regina Whittington (Paul) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Dustin and Cecily; his great grandchild Sebastian; and his sister Elizabeth Bolton of Malden, MO. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
