He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Johnson; his sons, Eric (Jill) of Cumming, GA, Lance (Mitzi) of Wardsville, MO and Donnie of Cape Girardeau, MO.; his grandchildren, Lance, Jr., Rebekah, Luke, Hannah, David, Reece and Halie; and his siblings, Ronnie (Sheila), Tony (Mary), Marinda (Brad) and Jon.
