With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernice Landers in Gideon, Missouri, born in Caruthersville, Missouri, who passed away on October 27, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Handley and Esther Cunningham Handley; her husband Hugh F. Landers; her son David Landers; and her son-in-law Thomas Stone.
She is survived by: her children, Janie Stone and Sammy Landers; her sister Norma Jean "Polly" McAtee; and her grandchildren, Lindsey Tidei, Samantha Landers, Randy Barton, Jessica Weaver and Jordan Landers. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Bradshaw Funeral Home, Inc.-Malden (1005 S Madison St, Malden, MO 63863). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
