He is survived by: his daughters, Tina (Jim Fitzpatrick), Gina (Rusty Smith) and Ronda (Ronnie Sprout); his sister Kay; his siblings-in-law, Ken Barnes of Kirksville, MO, Judy Roberts (Bruce) of Quincy, IL and Vickie Combs (Don) of Willmathsville, MO; and his grandchildren, Aaron Norfolk, Cody Norfolk, Jordon Songer (Matt), Jake Smith (Saundra), Adam Songer (Kayla) and Lew Smith (Megan). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
