He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Dixon (Hoemann) of Gerald; his children, Beth Harbert (Andy) of Owensville, John Dixon (Theresa) of Owensville, Timmy Dixon (Maggie) of Kingdom City, Dewane Courtouise (Elaine) of Leslie, Doug Courtouise (Traci) of Bourbon and Ronnie Courtouise (Crystal) of Gerald; his brother Pete Vannatta (Patti) of St. James; and his siblings-in-law, David Hoemann (Peggy), Larry Hoemann, Mark Hoemann, Gregg Pearre and Sally Kreftmeyer (Henry). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
