He is survived by: his wife Amber Otke of O'Fallon, MO; his children, Judy Mutchler (Steven) of Saint Louis, MO, Sylva Neubauer of St. Louis, MO and Steve Otke (Deborah Wagganer) of Gerald, MO; his grandchildren, Rick Neubauer of Chicago, IL, Dan Mutchler of St. Louis, MO and Shellie Neubauer of Ft; his parents, Frank George Otke and Susan Otke; and also Meyer of O'Fallon, MO. He is also survived by 1 sister, 2 nieces.
