He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Schultz and Bessie Schultz (Scott); his siblings, Joseph, Anthony, George Jr., William Schultz, Rosella Story and Virginia Sieker; and his half-sister Jeannette Reiman.

He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Schultz and Bridget Mennermeyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
